EU/UK notice: In the EU/UK, non-essential cookies/pixels (analytics and advertising) generally require your consent before being placed on your device. We aim to provide consent choices accordingly. (This aligns with GDPR/ePrivacy expectations around cookies/pixels.)
4) HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share information only as described below:
A) With service providers
We share information with vendors who help us operate the Services (e.g., hosting, database/storage, email delivery, analytics, customer support tooling). These providers are permitted to process information only to provide services to us.
B) With payment providers
We share necessary information with Stripe to process subscriptions and facilitate payouts via Stripe Connect.
C) With other users (platform functionality)
Depending on how the platform works, certain profile and deal-related information may be visible to other users as part of participating in the Services (for example, a Brand and Creator in the same deal may be able to see messages and deal-related content shared in that context).
D) Legal, safety, and compliance
We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to comply with law, protect the safety and security of the Services, prevent fraud/abuse, or enforce our agreements.
E) Business transfers
If we're involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5) DATA RETENTION
We keep information as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Services,
- maintain business records (including for payments and dispute resolution),
- comply with legal obligations,
- enforce our agreements.
You may request deletion of your account (see "Your Rights and Choices"), but we may retain certain data as required for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
